Look at the picture! I receive a micro sample!!! I mean like 1/2 inch tall and it smells nothing like Jo Malone. -10 stars.

I finally received my order after 14 days. The fragrance itself is authentic and smells great, so I have no complaints about the product. However, the shipping and communication were disappointing.
I requested to cancel my order before it was accepted by USPS, but it was still shipped anyway. The package wasn’t scanned by USPS until after my cancellation request, and the overall process took much longer than expected.
If you’re willing to wait, you’ll likely receive a legitimate product. But based on my experience, the customer service and shipping process leave a lot to be desired

Packaged came well protected, nothing leaked or damaged. Imagination smells great. I'll probably be ordering a 30ml soon and one of L'immensité. The pressurized atomizers are great, you get a nicr evn mist. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my first impressions and purchase. Shout out to Patrick & Matt for the well packaged items.

I may be noseblind but, to me, this has literally smell at all, and certainly no perceptible trace after 20 minutes
It was very expensive considering the size of the perfume, and what I received didn't come in its original packaging; I felt misled because the image shown when I made the purchase was deceptive.
Smells legit smells good but just last up to 4-5 hours only. Packed very well and shipping was fast and efficient.
Smells absolutely phenomenal!! Highly considering ordering the real deal thank you!
