This Shipping Policy (the "Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which ScentPocket ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") processes and fulfills orders placed through our website, www.scentpocket.com (the "Website"). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from making purchases on our Website.


1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

1.1 Order Confirmation & Processing Time

  • Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but acknowledges receipt of your request.

  • Standard order processing times are typically 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, processing times may be extended during peak seasons, high-demand periods, or due to supply chain disruptions.

  • Orders may be subject to additional verification steps to prevent fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.

1.2 Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun. If you need to request changes, you must contact us immediately at helpscentpocket@gmail.com, and we will attempt to accommodate your request at our sole discretion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory miscalculations. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS

2.1 Shipping Carriers & Methods

  • We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Any updates regarding international availability will be reflected in this Policy.

  • Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the selected method and destination.

  • Shipping estimates at checkout are approximate and do not account for order processing time. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

2.2 Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery address, and order weight.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions at our sole discretion. Any promotional shipping offers will be subject to change without prior notice.

2.3 Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


3. RISK OF LOSS & LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS

3.1 Risk Transfer & Title Passage

  • Title and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the designated carrier. Once a package is in transit, ScentPocket is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

  • Customers assume responsibility for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We will provide reasonable assistance in such claims upon request.

3.2 Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@scentpocket.com with photographic evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

  • We may, at our sole discretion, provide replacement items or store credit depending on the circumstances.


4. FORCE MAJEURE

  • We are not liable for delays, failures, or disruptions in shipping services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, wildfires, etc.)

    • Carrier labor strikes or operational failures

    • Acts of terrorism, war, or governmental restrictions

    • Pandemics, health crises, or regulatory shutdowns

  • In the event of a force majeure event, we will make reasonable efforts to resume operations but cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines.


5. RETURNS & REFUNDS RELATED TO SHIPPING

5.1 Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

  • All shipping fees, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5.2 Lost Packages & Non-Delivery Refunds

  • If your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we may issue a refund or reshipment at our discretion. Customers must first provide proof of a filed claim with the carrier.

5.3 Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned due to customer refusal or an undeliverable address, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Additional shipping charges may also be deducted from any applicable refund.


6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.

  • Continued use of our Website and services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
