Refund & Return Policy

At ScentPocket, we take pride in delivering high-quality fragrance decants and samples to our customers. Please review our refund and return policy below to ensure you are fully informed of our terms.

No Refunds, Except in Case of Error
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to fragrance decants and samples. All sales are final. However, if you have received the wrong package by mistake, please contact us immediately at scentpocketbusiness@gmail.com.

How to Request a Refund
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong package, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item. You will be required to provide proof of the error, such as photographs of the product you received. Once we confirm the mistake, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the incorrect package has been sent to you.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the wrong item.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with the scent, or issues occurring after confirmed delivery, unless otherwise stated in this policy.

No Returns
We do not accept returns on fragrance decants or samples. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we cannot accept any returns once the product has been shipped to you.

Shipping Costs
If your refund request is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect package. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Packages During Shipment
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. Refunds or replacements for shipping-related damage will only be issued if the shipping carrier accepts and approves the damage claim. ScentPocket is not responsible for claims denied by the carrier due to insufficient evidence, improper reporting, or carrier policy limitations.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ScentPocket is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and secure. However, ScentPocket will assist customers with filing carrier claims when needed. Any final decisions regarding reimbursement for lost or stolen packages are subject to the shipping carrier’s claim approval process.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse
ScentPocket reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, claims, or other requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, false claims, or misuse of this policy. We may request additional information, documentation, photographs, or other evidence before approving any claim, refund, or replacement request.
